Ingredients

1/2 can of Artichokes- chopped
1 Cup of chopped spinach
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pinch of salt & pepper
Olive Oil
One pizza dough ( frozen or make your own from those handy “just ad water” 50¢ packages Walmart sells)
1 teaspoon Garlic – either fresh (minced) , powder or chopped (dried)
Oven safe skillet or dish
